If you have kept Health Focus informed of your practice number, as entered in your system defaults, you can click on Help | Get Release Code and your new licence will be updated automatically.
Latest Version
You can check if you have the latest version by accessing your help menu, and clicking on Check Version. Your current version and the most recent version are displayed, and if it differs, click on the Download button to get the most recent release.

Auto Update
Practices can schedule their auto update, which will link at a set time to the head office server, check for any updates; and update the tariffs, medical aids and other relevant information automatically.
BDE and Windows 7
Windows 7 can be very restrictive towards applications written for the previous versions of Windows. This is also the case with the Borland Database Engine (BDE), which is not capable of running unless two settings have been changed.
The Front Office

No Capital Cost
